Company Ethics

All Skin Deli products on the menu are predominantly designed to be functional and effective via the use of nutrient bio active natural ingredients. We use entirely natural plant and vegetable oils which protect the skin, keep it soft, supple and pliable. These ingredients assist the skin to effectively retain its own moisture and therefore help it to remain strong, healthy and beautiful.

Our Ethics

1. We are so passionate about what we put into our products that if an ingredient is not ‘good enough to eat’, we simply will not use it. Why do we do this? Because we believe what you put on your skin is just as important as what you put into your body (and we hope you do, too!).
2. We believe in feeding hungry skin. All our products offer a complete feast for the skin, taking it from ho-hum to deliciously and healthily gorgeous.
3. We believe in making products using ingredients that everyone can understand (and pronounce!) from yummy organic fruit and vegetables and the finest essential oils – with no nasty, toxic synthetics. Our products are based on 100% natural and organic ingredients.
4. We believe in buying ingredients only from ethical companies that do not test on our furry and feathered friends. We do not support any form of animal testing of cosmetic products.
5. We believe it is good to be green, and we refrain from using unnecessary packaging. We package our products in quirky glass jars and bottles and recycled plastic, which are durable and recyclable.
6. We believe words like 'natural' and 'organic' mean natural and organic, and have truthful meaning beyond marketing. Our products are FREE FROM: Parabens, Petroleum, Mineral Oils, Artificial Aromas and Silicones.
7. We are Soil Association (UK organic standard) certified. The Soil Association's organic standards are among the strictest in the world, and only a handful of companies have met their requirements for skincare products.
8. We believe in inner yumminess, in respecting the natural resources that we use, in generosity, in being kind to each other, in spreading the love and in long lazy Sundays spent in candlelit baths.
