All orders require a signature on delivery.

UK FREE Delivery

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery using Second Class Royal Mail.
Order more than £50 and over to use this service.

UK Standard Delivery

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered using First Class Royal Mail.

Please note ALL UK orders must be signed for upon receipt. Any undelivered items will be sent to your local postal sorting office, where they will be held for seven days.

Your item may be inspected on arrival in your country and a customs duty levied.  We have no control over this or any delays resulting.
If your order is not delivered within the above time frame, please contact us via email to office@theskindeli.com quoting your order reference number.


Returns & Refunds

All our items are carefully checked prior to despatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund. It must be returned within its “best before/use by” date (found on both the outer box packaging and base of product bottle or jar). Please contact us at office@theskindeli.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products that we have not received back.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used.

Cancellation

You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Returns

If we have delivered the wrong product or one that is faulty in some way, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Please note that if you bought a Skin Deli product from another retailer, you should always return it to them.
You may return your purchased items within 7 working days of delivery.

To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 7 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us – on request, we will collect the Products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund.

While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good and un used condition.

If:
the Product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description;
the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
the Product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified us, in writing, of this purpose before purchase, and we have not informed you that the Product is not fit for that purpose
we will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.
